Read This First — The Legal Position In India
Since 1 May 2026 the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 prohibits online money games throughout India — that is, any online game played for a stake in the expectation of winning money, whether it is classed as a game of skill or a game of chance. The prohibition covers offering such services, advertising or promoting them, and processing payments for them, and it applies to services operated from outside India for users in India. On 27 May 2026 the Supreme Court held that there is no fundamental right to betting or gambling and that staking money on an uncertain outcome is betting regardless of the skill involved. What We Deliberately Do Not Claim
Most sites in this category open with a registration number, a licence badge or a member count. We publish none of those, and the reason is simple: we will not display a credential we cannot substantiate, and an unverifiable trust signal is worse than an absent one.
So, plainly: we do not publish a company registration number, we hold no gaming licence we can show you, and we do not claim to be the largest, cheapest or most trusted provider in India. Earlier versions of this site did make some of those claims — "India's #1", "10,000+ active members", "best odds in India" — and they have been removed because we could not stand behind them.
What we can substantiate is the operational record: how fast a withdrawal lands, whether the bonus terms quoted in chat are the ones applied, and whether the same number answers a year later. Those are testable, which is exactly why we point you at them.
What An ID Provider Actually Does
Exchange platforms do not offer open self-registration. Access runs through ID providers, who create your account, manage your payments and act as your support line. That model means your experience depends almost entirely on the provider you choose — and it also means the usual consumer protections do not apply. How We Work
