Minimum Deposit And Limits

- Balance is credited — usually within a minute or two for UPI and IMPS.
The One Rule That Prevents Every Payment Problem
Only ever pay to the details sent inside your own active support chat. Payment handles rotate regularly. UPI IDs circulating in Telegram groups, forwarded screenshots or messages from accounts that contacted you first are the single largest source of lost deposits in this industry — and no provider can recover money sent to a third party.
The second rule follows from it: deposit from an account in your own name. Withdrawals are returned to the same account, so a name mismatch between your deposit source and your withdrawal destination is what triggers manual review and delay.
If A Deposit Does Not Reflect
Send the UTR or transaction reference number to support in the same chat. With that reference a transfer can be traced end to end, and the overwhelming majority of "missing" deposits turn out to be normal UPI network lag during peak match hours — they land within minutes.
Genuine failures reverse automatically to the source account on the bank's own timeline, typically within 24 to 48 hours. If you paid to details from outside your chat, say so immediately rather than waiting; the sooner it is flagged, the more can be done.
