The One Rule
Only ever pay to payment details sent inside your own live support chat. Not a UPI ID from a Telegram group, not one from a forwarded screenshot, not one from an account that messaged you first offering help.
Payment handles rotate regularly for operational reasons, which is precisely what makes stale ones dangerous — an old handle circulating in a group may now belong to nobody, or to someone impersonating a provider. Money sent to a third-party UPI ID cannot be recovered by any provider, because it never reached them. This single rule prevents the overwhelming majority of lost deposits in this industry.
Deposit From Your Own Account
Withdrawals are returned to the account that deposited, so paying from a friend's or relative's UPI creates a name mismatch that triggers manual review on every future payout. It is not a rule designed to inconvenience you — matched names are what allow withdrawals to process automatically. Use one account consistently and your payouts stay boring, which is the goal. Limits You'll Actually Hit
The constraints are your bank's, not the provider's:
- ✓Per-transaction UPI caps — set by your bank, commonly ₹1 lakh, lower on some accounts.
- ✓Daily cumulative limits across all UPI transactions from that account.
- ✓New-account restrictions — freshly linked UPI accounts often have a 24-hour reduced-limit window.
- ✓Per-payee limits on some banks for first-time recipients.
- ✓Minimum deposit — ₹100, which is the provider side of the equation.
When A Deposit Fails Or Doesn't Reflect
Send the UTR (the twelve-digit transaction reference in your UPI app) to support in the same chat. With that number a transfer can be traced end to end, and most "missing" deposits turn out to be ordinary network lag during peak evening or match hours — they land within minutes.
Genuine failures where money leaves your account but does not arrive reverse automatically to the source on the bank's timeline, typically 24 to 48 hours, occasionally up to five working days. You do not need to do anything to trigger this, though raising a complaint in your UPI app creates a paper trail if it runs long.
Practical Habits
- ✓Screenshot every payment immediately, including the UTR.
- ✓Send the screenshot in chat straight away rather than waiting to see if it credits.
- ✓Avoid peak-hour top-ups mid-match if you can — UPI congestion is real during big games.
- ✓Never share OTPs, PINs or bank passwords. No deposit ever requires them; anyone asking is not support.
- ✓Deposit what you budgeted, not what the moment suggests. Ask support for a deposit cap if that is hard to hold.
Before Your First Deposit
Run the full loop with the minimum: deposit ₹100, place one small bet, withdraw. It costs you almost nothing and tells you more about a provider than any review. Frequently Asked Questions
What is the safest way to deposit to a betting ID?+
Pay only to payment details sent inside your own active support chat, from an account in your own name. Never use handles from groups or forwarded messages.
What do I do if my UPI deposit fails?+
Send the UTR from your UPI app to support in the same chat. Genuine failures reverse to the source account automatically, usually within 24 to 48 hours.
Why does depositing from someone else's account cause problems?+
Withdrawals return to the depositing account. A name mismatch triggers manual review on every payout, delaying money that would otherwise be automatic.
Is there a maximum UPI deposit?+
Your bank sets per-transaction and daily caps, commonly ₹1 lakh per transaction. Larger amounts simply need to be split across multiple transfers.
